Peter Brock will be applying his special touch to a 2010 Nissan Nismo 370Z Coupe and give it classic Brock Racing Enterprises livery, similar to the recently revealed #46 BRE Mazda MX-5.
Southern California-based Brock Racing Enterprises made motorsport history in 1970 when it won the first of its Sports Car Club of America National Championships behind the wheel of a Datsun 510, the predecessor to the modern-day 370Z sports car. It has been 40 years since the BRE team achieved victory and now founder Peter Brock will have the opportunity to show off his current rendition of the vintage red, white, and blue BRE livery on the track-oriented Nismo 370Z Coupe. The BRE 370Z is still a work in progress but Brock is confident his work will shine.
“Because the 370Z has strong, sculpted shapes, I was able to make the livery even bolder and more aggressive,” said Brock. “It was good to be in the paint booth working out the details of the design. I look forward to seeing it in a race track setting at The Mitty.”
