Range Rover evoque: New pictures and information about the compact-SUV
The most compact, lightest and most efficient Range Rover ever made: Not exactly modest praise to the new Land Rover Range Entry-called evoque. The compact SUV will celebrate at the Paris Motor Show 2010 Exhibition Premiere.
Optically guided the 4.35 meter long evoque was presented largely in the study LRX in early 2008 at the Detroit Motor Show. Much of the futuristic concept car is now also the production model again. In addition to the striking face with a narrow band lights is designed especially striking the side view. The coupé form of the three-door model is underscored by the rising waistline and sloping roof to the rear. Rear acts of evoque relatively bulky, the small rear window would not make maneuvering easy.
The interior is also modern in style - including three-dimensional-looking displays and LED interior lighting. Overall, the interior conveys an impression of quality. Vehicle information and navigation information are displayed on an eight-inch Touchschreen. If desired, the evoque be with an extensive leather trim and decorative items ordered from real metal.
For the evoque many extras are available. These include an automated parking assistant for parking maneuvers, adaptive headlights , dual-zone climate control with a programmable heater, a blind spot camera assistant and a surround system with five cameras. Also available are a panoramic glass roof, a hard drive navigation system, a TV receiver and an electrically operated tailgate.
